Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the organic and paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and engagement Manage the end-to-end editorial calendar, writing compelling copy and coordinating visual assets with the design team Run targeted social advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets, audience targeting, and creative assets for maximum ROI Monitor social channels, engage with followers, and manage community discussions to foster brand loyalty Track and analyze social performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics, reporting insights to leadership Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging social channels to test innovative formats What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of professional social media management experience within a B2B or B2C technology company Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer Demonstrated ability to write engaging, platform-specific copy that translates complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to iterate on strategy and improve engagement rates Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Bonus: Experience with video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut) and basic graphic design capabilities (Figma, Canva) #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
