Litigation Secretary

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Practice Assistant to join its San Francisco office. This position will provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced practice. Responsibilities Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, meetings, and litigation-related scheduling Prepare, file, and serve documents in California state, federal, and appellate courts Handle ECF filings, including public and sealed filings Prepare and format legal documents, including Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities Maintain client and matter files and assist with document production Support trial preparation and related logistics Assist with time entry, billing, expenses, and other administrative needs Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting litigation attorneys and/or paralegals Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and calendaring requirements Hands-on experience independently handling state and federal e-filings Excellent organizational, proofreading, and communication skills Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency Experience with legal technology such as iManage, PacerPro, Compulaw, Best Authority, Lexis, or Westlaw is preferred This is a hybrid opportunity requiring three days per week onsite in San Francisco , with a base salary range of $80,000–$120,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
