We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Deburring Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves performing intricate finishing work on small components using microscopes and specialized hand tools to ensure products meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precision deburring under a microscope using specialized hand tools
• Remove burrs and imperfections while maintaining critical part dimensions
• Inspect parts before, during, and after processing to ensure quality standards are met
• Handle delicate components carefully to prevent damage or contamination
• Follow work instructions, process documentation, and blueprints as required
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Communicate quality concerns and process issues to supervisors
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience using microscopes in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small, delicate components
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus on detailed work
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
