Training Specialist
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
Design and deliver orientation, ongoing training, and skills assessments for Sterile Processing Department (SPD) staff. Ensure safe and accurate instrument reprocessing aligned with AAMI, AORN, and hospital standards. Partner with SPD leaders and perioperative teams to identify learning needs and update training curricula. Support the integration of new technologies and promote best practices to minimize risks. Enhance patient safety through education and competency programs in a pediatric healthcare setting.
