Responsibilities Safely fuel and service heavy equipment using a lube/service truck Perform daily inspections and flag repair or maintenance needs Keep oils, lubricants, and service supplies stocked and organized Work closely with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety requirements Take ownership of equipment readiness and site safety Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience as a Lube Tech or similar role Solid understanding of heavy equipment servicing and components MSHA Part 48 Metal/Nonmetal required (support provided for updates) Clean driver’s abstract (dated within 30 days) Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing Work Conditions Rotating shifts, 10–12 hours per day Overtime paid after 40 hours Steady, site‑based work with long‑term opportunities Daily Living Out Allowance (LOA) if applicable Outdoor work in all weather conditions Benefits Health and wellness benefits, plus 401(k) matching Employment Equity Ledcor believes diversity, equity, and inclusion should be part of everything we do.
