Senior Manager, Customer Success

Baxter seeks a Senior Manager to lead and transform the Customer Success organization, driving product adoption, customer retention, and value realization across its connected care portfolio. The role requires building a scalable, metrics-driven team while partnering across clinical, product, and commercial functions in a remote U.S.-based position with 30% travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary Customer Success Leaders and Connected System Application Engineers
- Transform customer success operating model including onboarding, adoption programs, health scoring, and engagement standards
- Develop customer segmentation and capacity planning strategies aligned to customer needs and strategic importance
- Drive product adoption, customer health, value realization, and Net Promoter Score improvements
- Establish executive customer engagement practices including business reviews and strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 8-10 years customer success, customer experience, or related customer-facing roles
- 3+ years people leadership with demonstrated talent development ability
- Proven track record building, scaling, or transforming customer success organizations
- Expertise in customer health frameworks, success planning, product adoption, and retention
- Experience leading technical or multidisciplinary teams in complex organizations
- Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar platforms; healthcare technology background preferred
Compensation: $136,000-$187,000 base
