Luxor Staffing is hiring Candy Maker paying up to $17 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift : Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM

Job Duties:

• Prepare and make candy apples according to recipes and established production procedures.
• Measure, mix, and handle ingredients accurately while following detailed instructions.
• Dip, coat, decorate, and package candy apples while maintaining quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for appearance, consistency, and proper preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen or food-production work area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a pastry shop, bakery, kitchen, food service, confectionery, or food-production environment preferred.
• Ability to carefully read and follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete each step of the process correctly.
• Comfortable working with food and following proper hygiene and sanitation practices; must not have food allergies that would prevent performing the job.
• Must have reliable transportation; willing to learn the candy-apple production process.
