About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with the company's growth and profitability goals. This role involves leading the Sales and Customer Success organizations, with a focus on the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and growth. The VP of Revenue will be expected to own revenue forecasting, pipeline performance, and ensure that customers receive a consistent, differentiated experience. Building and developing high-performing teams, establishing effective processes, and inspiring continuous improvement are also key aspects of the position. Candidates for the Vice President of Revenue role at the company should have a bachelor’s degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience leading large sales teams. A background in the K-12 market or related education sector is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sustainable revenue growth, strong financial and business acumen, and the ability to develop leaders and guide organizations through change. Executive presence, strong communication skills, and a leadership style grounded in integrity and collaboration are essential. The role requires a leader who can balance long-term strategy with disciplined execution and who is committed to the values of the organization, including collaboration, accountability, and genuine care for customers and coworkers.
