Clinic RN - RADIATION ONCOLOGY

Job Summary The Radiation Oncology Nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of patients in the radiation oncology department. The ability to retrieve, communicate, or otherwise present information in written, auditory, or visual formats is essential. The nurse provides patient education, performs physical assessments, offers nutrition counseling, and assists physicians with exams and procedures. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in a radiation oncology setting, including educating patients, assessing physical health, counseling on nutrition, and supporting physicians during examinations and procedures. Effectively communicate information across multiple formats. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing school. Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire. National Provider BLS credential (American Heart Association) upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. At least one year of oncology experience. Compensation & Benefits Sign‑on bonus of $3,000 for eligible rehire or external candidates meeting all conditions for payment. Pay range $38.57 – $59.87 per hour, plus potential shift differentials, overtime, standby/on‑call, and bonus opportunities.
