Care Manager - Patient Support Call Center - Work from Home

This is a remote contract care manager position supporting patient access and insurance eligibility services. The role involves contacting insurance companies and patients to verify benefits, process copay assistance, and manage prior authorizations across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to insurance companies for benefit investigations and eligibility verification
• Answer inbound customer calls and provide pharmacy-related assistance
• Assist patients with copay assistance program enrollment and prior authorization support
• Document interactions accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance and quality standards
• Maintain professional communication across multiple methods with efficient and courteous service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification experience
• Data entry experience with 30+ wpm typing speed
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and soft phone systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and computer navigation ability
• Bilingual Spanish-English preferred

Compensation: $37,400.00 - $93,600.00 base
