Responsibilities About the NICU: 22‑bed, Level II NICU; 100‑150 deliveries per month. 24/7 NNP coverage with on‑call neonatologist at night. NNPs see both NICU and well‑newborn patients. A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. Flexible 24‑ or 72‑hour shifts support an excellent work‑life balance. Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities are available. Strong, APRN‑led Leadership Team. Ability to pick up shifts in Level III‑IV NICUs in our practice, if desired. Exceptional new graduates will be considered.
