HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Install Technician Ward Mechanical Contractors is an established HVAC company serving South Louisiana communities since 1950. We are seeking a full‑time HVAC Install Technician. Hours are 32–40 hours per week, including weekends during peak seasons. Responsibilities and duties include installing HVAC systems, performing system performance tests, and engaging in new equipment sales. The position is commission‑based with a small base salary and is supported by our Admin Team with close collaboration from the Installation Manager. Qualifications: Knowledgeable and proficient in HVAC system performance, design, and new equipment sales; high integrity and honesty; strong communication skills; detail oriented; computer literate; organized; able to build trust with customers by delivering exceptional service.
