Territory Sales Manager - South Region

Remote (Must reside in the Greater Dallas, TX area)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow new business throughout the South region. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, building client relationships, and generating revenue through strategic business development efforts.

Previous promotional products industry experience is required.

This position is remote but candidates must currently reside in the Greater Dallas, Texas area and be able to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Territory

• Home base: Greater Dallas Area (Remote)
• Territory includes: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana
• Regional travel required

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Build long-term client relationships through consultative and solution-based selling.
• Expand sales opportunities within existing and new client organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting activity within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Achieve and exceed sales revenue and activity goals.
• Travel throughout the territory to meet with prospects and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in the promotional products industry .
• Demonstrated success in new business development and territory growth.
• Strong CRM experience; HubSpot experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must reside in the Greater Dallas area and be able to travel regularly throughout the South territory.
