Come join us in our mission to change the hospitality industry, forever.The Role:Our hotel team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our front desk team as a Concierge. In this key role, you will be playing a vital role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.What we will ask of you:Greeting guests/customersManage guest/customer complaintsTaking messagesManaging mail, luggage and deliveriesPerform basic administrative/secretarial/reception dutiesRunning errands to assist guestsArranging transportation and excursions upon visitor requestProvide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreationArranging tours and activitiesMaking dinner/event reservations for guestsObtaining tickets for eventsArranging special servicesProviding or arranging for general business services for guestsManaging customer/guest requests for housekeeping and/or maintenanceDevelop network of contacts, service providers and businesses within their communities to serve guestsRequirements for Success:One or more years of employment in similar position or equivalent preferredAdditional education, training, or certification preferredPositive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset with an excellent record of hotel managementAbility to communicate effectively with fellow leaders, managers, employees, and all guestsStrong problem management skills with accuracy in quickly handling emergency situations and providing solutionsMust be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or liftingBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality team.Fast-paced and rewarding work environment.The above job description is not an exhaustive list of all the duties and responsibilities of the position, nor should it be construed as a contract.The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer.
