About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of the US marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and student enrollment growth across the online education portfolio. This role demands a commercially focused and hands-on leader who can own the full marketing function, from strategic planning to hands-on delivery. Key responsibilities include optimizing the marketing funnel, leading demand generation through various channels, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with business goals. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with overseeing campaign performance, managing budgets, and leading a small, high-impact marketing team. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong background in demand generation, lead generation, growth marketing, customer acquisition, and performance marketing. Experience in owning marketing strategy and execution within a startup, scale-up, or growth-stage business is essential. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, commercially minded, and have a proven track record of driving measurable marketing and commercial results. While experience in education, EdTech, publishing, digital media, online learning, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
