Travel Registered Nurse CVICU Job

Overview Registered Nurse – CVICU, Portland, OR, starting 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. This travel assignment features 36 hours per week on a nights schedule (3x12-hour nights) in a hospital setting. Key Highlights Weekly pay: 2,439-2,614 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12) Location: Portland, Oregon Hours per week: 36 Setting: Hospital environment Responsibilities Deliver coordinated nursing care for CVICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; use critical thinking and independent judgment to guide decisions Monitor hemodynamic status, administer medications and therapies as ordered, and respond to changes in patient condition Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels; coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines Communicate with patients and families, document care accurately, and participate in rounds and care conferences Ensure infection control practices, patient safety, and adherence to unit policies and regulatory requirements Requirements Active RN license in good standing in Oregon CVICU or critical care nursing experience preferred BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred or willing to obtain Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain flexibility in scheduling Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer skills Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract Housing assistance Extension opportunities Fast credentialing Nationwide assignments Competitive weekly pay (as listed) PAY DISCLAIMER RULE Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
