Dispatcher/Reservation Representative
Corinthian International Parking Services is looking for a Dispatcher/Reservationist like you to join our family and provide excellent customer service to our customers in San Mateo.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for answering phones, entering client information and details of their reservations. Scheduling drivers for each reservations and processing payments for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handling high volume of calls and dispatching
- Input reservations with follow up
- Be a liaison between drivers and clients making sure drivers know all the details needed for their shift.
- Keeping accurate records for each client.
- Successfully balance driver availability with client needs and requests.
- Reporting to work on time and ready to work
- Representing the company in a highly professional manner at all times
- Remain customer service oriented in fast paced, team-oriented environments
Qualifications:
- Be at least 25 years old of age.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Know basic Microsoft, Word, Outlook, and excel processing and reporting knowledge.
- Limo Anywhere experience a plus
- Dispatch experience preferred
- Customer service experience (preferred)
