Benefits Customer Service Representative

Providing exceptional support to clients, the remote Benefits Customer Service Representative will assist with health care and pension plan enrollments, deliver superior customer service through various communication channels, and maintain accurate documentation of interactions. Key responsibilities Assist clients through the enrollment process for health care and pension plans Provide customer service via phone, chat, and message center while safeguarding confidential information Translate complex plan information into simple explanations for clients and document call and case notes accurately Required qualifications High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus Ability to work a 40-hour week during busy seasons and a fluctuating schedule (32-40 hours) during off-seasons Eligibility requirements for remote work must be met
