What We Need: We are seeking a detail‑oriented scheduler to manage custom schedules, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure ads are scheduled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech‑savvy, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do: Develop custom schedules based on deadlines, workflows, and client requirements. Communicate timely updates to TTWN teams regarding over‑delivered and under‑delivered schedules. Maintain accurate documentation of scheduling issues and tracking. Clear inventory for accounts that have not placed ads. Investigate system or order issues that prevent ads from scheduling. Stay current on all processes, procedures, and best practices. Adjust schedules as needed for the current week and upcoming flight week. What You’ll Need: Ability to multi‑task, interpret requests, prioritize, and organize effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and technical communication skills. Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly. Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also being a strong team player. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure. Knowledge of traffic operations is a plus. Flexible schedule, including potential for late evenings. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
