Your Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in pediatric settings, particularly schools, preferred
• Comfortable serving diverse K–12 age groups
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to address a range of student needs
• Open to both local residents and travelers passionate about school-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with state and federal standards
• Support inclusive education and advocate for students’ communication needs
