Adolescent Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA High Focus Centers is a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive and individualized care through our specialized programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adolescent Counselor to join our Lansdale clinical team. This role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Schedule & Compensation Full-Time, Monday through Friday Approximately 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Salary: Approximately $55,000 annually Position Overview The Adolescent Counselor will be responsible for: Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients Facilitating group therapy sessions for adolescents Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned Key Competencies The ideal candidate demonstrates: Expertise in adolescent mental health and co-occurring conditions Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Ability to engage teens in meaningful therapeutic work Effective communication with families and support systems Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds Commitment to ethical standards and clinical best practices Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field Completion of a clinical-based internship or practicum Preferred Experience providing therapy to adolescents in outpatient settings Pyramid CORE Values We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
