Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification for Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain
• Experience working with adolescents or young adults in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, accommodations, and best practices for differentiated instruction
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to inspire, advocate, and cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a full-time high school caseload, providing case management and direct instruction for students ages 16–21
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs and goals
• Collaborate with instructional teams, families, and external service providers to ensure comprehensive supports
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet unique student learning styles
• Track progress, assess outcomes, and maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
