- Audiology AssistantSFLD - Southfield, MI 48034## OverviewSalary Range$20.00 - $23.00 Hourly## Description**Job Summary:**Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce multiple opportunities to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Audiology Assistant!As an Audiology Assistant, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, are capable of working independently as well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.**About us:**Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state of the art facility.**Duties/Responsibilities:*** Demonstrate kindness and compassion in all patient interactions.* Help patients by providing information, services, and assistance.* Conduct Basic Hearing Screenings* Guide patients through Hearing Aid Orientations* Reminder calls for patients* Repairing Hearing Aids* Scheduling appointments* Maintaining supplies* Knowledge of Insurance verification and billing## Qualifications**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Preferred experience in Otolaryngology.**Education and Experience:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* At least one year related audiology assistant experience required.**Physical Requirements:*** Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
