Our Behavior Technician team is passionate about using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to make a lasting impact.

Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and youth (ages 2–21) in their homes and community environments. You’ll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support social, behavioral, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to youth ages 2–21 in home and community settings.

• Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems.

• Support clients with communication, social, and functional living skills.

• Maintain regular communication with supervisors, families, and team members.

• Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or higher preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow clinical guidance.

• Willingness to complete RBT certification and ongoing professional training.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned region.

• Registered Behavior Technicians will be in good standing with the BACB and comply with all regulations set forth under the RBT certification.

Physical Requirements:

• Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer).

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

• Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
