You will play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of warehouse operations to ensure optimal productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, such as inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement. You'll develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance safety measures, and meet quality standards.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in warehousing/receivingMust be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing up to 50 pounds. Typically, bends, stoops, and/or crouches regularly from various heights to stock or remove products.Must be able to support operational needs and have a flexible scheduleForklift CertificationProven experience in strategy development and executionProficiency in data entry and warehouse management software including but not limited to SAP and RFMSStrong safety cultureProven experience in driving safe work practices in a warehouse settingPreferred Qualifications8+ years in warehouse management preferredForklift Certified Trainer preferredFlooring knowledge preferredExperience managing multiple warehousesExperience in providing safety trainingWe are an equal opportunity employer.
