May performing building and grounds maintenance . You'll serve as the primary contact concerning the operational usage, routine maintenance, and control of the company's vehicle fleet. This position will require knowledge in planning and organizing the warehouse layout, for optimal use. You will bring with you, the necessary experience in planning and organization of the warehouse inventory and processes and assist with strategizing for optimal operational use of the warehouse and yard. DUTIES Perform monthly truck inspections Pick up/Deliver materials Pick up/Deliver parts Record equipment maintenance Deliver trucks for routine maintenance and inspection Perform bi-annual equipment/tool inventory and update inventory in computer Manage master inventory and storage Receive and log all materials and store appropriately Schedule forklift, truck maintenance, and refuels Communicate with purchasing for anticipated ordering and forecasted inventory needed. Maintain building Understand and exhibit safe work practices and the principles of Ownership Thinking COMPETENCIES: Must be able to improve projects and company operations by recommending better methods, staffing and procedural changes.
