Front Desk Manager

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd

The Front Desk Manager Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk Reception at Four Seasons Las Vegas. Manage a team of reception staff to provide seamless registration and cashiering services, ensuring accurate communication between the Night Manager, Assistant Managers, and guest relations. Maintain room rate availability on full-house nights to maximize occupancy and revenue while protecting guaranteed reservations. Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise Front Desk staff, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance. Act as the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering a superior guest experience. Coordinate communication between front desk and other hotel departments to resolve guest requests and issues promptly. Control room rate availability to maximize profitability on full-house nights. Ensure accurate and efficient cashiering and registration processes. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment that reflects Four Seasons brand standards. Qualifications College degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum five years of Hotel Rooms Division experience, including at least three years in an Assistant Department Head role. Proficiency in hotel property management systems, particularly Opera and Micros Fidelio. Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Strong supervisory and managerial abilities with proven coaching and development experience. Fluent in reading, writing, and spoken English.
