Front Desk Manager — Guest Experience & Ops

Treasure Island Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Front Office. The role involves efficiently managing the daily check in/out process and supervising a team of up to 30 front desk employees. The ideal candidate will have prior front desk experience and a strong customer service focus, ensuring that all guests receive AAA four-diamond service. The Assistant Manager will assist with guest complaints, mentor staff, and uphold professional standards.
