Job Description

• Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient requirements and create innovative treatment strategies to help them reach their functional targets
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based treatments to promote improvements in patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in sync with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, clinicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapy methods to aid continuous recovery at home
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor clinical progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their pathway to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
