Manufacturing Supervisor

Position Summary As a member of the Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line during their shift while achieving world‑class speed and quality. Role and Responsibilities B shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Saturdays, 7pm‑7am) Manage team personnel and all related tasks Troubleshoot complex production issues utilizing computer systems Make decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures Track and document production obstacles and communicate these issues effectively Collaborate with external departments to enhance manufacturing performance Skills and Qualifications Engineering or Business Management degree Minimum of one year of demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management Total Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $96,000 – $124,500. Compensation is based on duties, location, education, skills and experience. The total rewards package includes competitive benefits and possible incentive compensation.
