Materials Services Clerk

Are you ready to work on a collaborative team? The Niles-Maine District Library has an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys a variety of tasks. The Materials Services Clerk will… Make all types of materials shelf-ready (create and apply labels, program security tags) Repair library materials and clean AV discs Inventory, monitor supply level, and request replacement orders for processing supplies Provide backup for checking-in, processing, and distributing daily newspapers Answer the receiving door for deliveries Requirements: High school diploma or GED; computer literacy and keyboarding skills; ability to multitask and work in an office environment as part of a team; good manual dexterity; ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally transport/move up to 100 pounds.
