Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound calls and placing courtesy outbound calls - must be comfortable speaking with patients over the phone with empathy
• Negotiating payment and/or payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances
• Assisting patients with insurance issues
• Documenting communications
• Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State and Federal rules and regulations
