Job Overview
The Inside Sales Representative works closely with the Marketing and Training teams to support the growth of USS’s services: IT Recruiting, Training, and Consulting.
This role is not a call-center position. It focuses on relationship building, managing leads, client outreach, and maintaining accurate sales data.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell USS business services, including IT Recruiting, Training, and Consulting.
- Coordinate client requirements with internal teams.
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls and emails.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Meet business clients as required.
- Participate in departmental meetings.
- Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships.
- Schedule business meetings with clients.
- Update weekly inquiry and sales status reports.
Basic Requirements
- Pleasant and professional personality.
- Strong presentation and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- 1-2 year of experience (Entry-level friendly).
- Preferred background: Marketing, Sales, or general business knowledge.
