Treatment Coordinator

Job Title

Newport Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our growing team!

We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and helps create a positive experience for our patients from start to finish.

Schedule (Days/Hours)

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients
• Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial options
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
• Provide outstanding customer service and communication
• Work closely with the clinical and front office teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience required
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator/TCC preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation

$23-$25/hour
