What You’ll Do:
- Work directly in local neighborhoods where Empire has active remodeling projects
- Go doortodoor and connect with homeowners facetoface
- Start conversations and introduce homeowners to the work happening in their community
- Build awareness and interest in Empire’s products and services
- Schedule appointments for homeowners who are interested in learning more
- Represent the company with confidence, energy, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality and confidence starting conversations with new people
- Competitive, goaldriven mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active for long periods
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No experience needed — training provided
