Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and have been in the insurance industry since 2012. I'm a graduate of Loyola University, a second-generation State Farm agent, married to a fellow State Farm agent, and excited to be growing our family as we prepare to welcome a new baby. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
