Responsibilities Full Cycle Recruiting: Job posting, screening, coordinating interviews, preparing and sending offers, reference & background checks Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions & Job Profiles Owning JazzHR (the ATS) Onboard new hires Learning & Development: Manage the Matter U program, develop professional development programs for managers and company‑wide trainings, and required trainings Time & Attendance: Support Finance in timesheet compliance and ClickUp time tracking adoption and enforcement Internal Communications: Own the Matter Minute, our monthly internal newsletter, and other agency communications Own and manage the Internship program Own and manage the New Hire Buddy program Own and manage the Mentor program Help support the various ERGs & Committees, particularly the Helping Hands Committee Assist with maintaining a strong employee culture across all offices Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience 2-3+ years of HR and/or Talent Acquisition experience, understanding general HR policies and procedures Agency experience a plus General knowledge of various employment laws Handling of confidential information with tact and professionalism is required Attention to detail is crucial Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with all levels of an organization Able to multi‑task, shift priorities with no notice and perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines Strong organization, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as with cross‑functional teams Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, HRIS platforms and ATS systems preferred Benefits Exceptional company culture, monthly fun events in all offices, happy hours, and surprise rewards throughout the year Comprehensive time‑off plan that includes PTO, sick time, a yearly winter break, birthdays off, short Fridays every week, and other out‑of‑office time to support work/life balance Competitive salaries and opportunities for long‑term growth and development Top‑notch health, dental, and vision plans Extensive diversity, equity and inclusion programs, specialist employee resource groups, and related events and initiatives Paid volunteer time through our Helping Hands program Matter Wellness program featuring extracurricular activities and inter‑office competitions Employee referral program (bonus for referrals who are hired) 401(k) program, pet insurance, FSA and dependent care plans, paid parental leave, and other benefits Compensation Pay range $60,000–$75,000 based on experience.
