HB NEXT ( is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Crew Leader in the Jacksonville area. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, high growth company in a key role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support Erosion Control Installation (ECI) crews in the field
- Ensure quality work, safety, and productivity across job sites
- Communicate daily goals, job expectations, and schedules to crews
- Coordinate daily work orders and review completed work with management
- Work with Operations and Area Managers to maintain vehicles, equipment, and inventory
- Manage and coordinate rental equipment as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting project timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading and motivating crews
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive leadership mindset
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
