Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at operating various types of forklifts and possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Operate reach forklifts to store and retrieve merchandise.
Utilize sit-down forklifts for transporting and organizing inventory.
Employ manual pallet jacks to move pallets from the receiving area to the warehouse.
Break down pallets, re-palletize, and wrap items for storage.
Manually offload trucks and handle receiving tasks.

Essential Skills

Proficient in operating RF scanners.
Experience with stand-up and reach forklifts.
Skilled in both stand-up reach and sit-down forklift operations.
Ability to operate sit-down forklifts effectively.
Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience in the past year.
At least 1 year of recent experience with reach forklifts.
Capability to palletize efficiently.
Spanish language proficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in warehouse shipping.

Work Environment

Work in an open bay warehouse environment on the 1st shift from 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pembroke Park, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
