KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain a book of commercial business (middle-market focus, $50K+ premiums) Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain client relationships Conduct needs assessments and risk analysis Present comprehensive insurance solutions Collaborate with internal teams (risk management, claims, operations) Cross-sell across P&C, Benefits, and Personal Lines platforms Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates

QUALIFICATIONS

Active P&C license Middle-market account experience Proven new business development track record Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition
