About The Role The role serves as the foundation of the revenue engine, identifying new business opportunities and driving outbound pipeline creation in the B2B SaaS market. The team relies on this position to conduct rigorous market research, engage technical decision-makers, and secure qualified discovery meetings for the enterprise sales team. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns using email, phone, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Identify, research, and map target accounts and key buyer personas within the technology sector Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing programs according to strict Ideal Customer Profile criteria Partner with Account Executives to strategize on account penetration and hand off well-prepared meetings Maintain pristine data hygiene and pipeline tracking within Salesforce CRM and Outreach.io Iterate on messaging and objection-handling techniques to continuously improve conversion rates What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of professional experience in sales development, business development, or high-volume customer-facing roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions High level of resilience, coachability, and drive to exceed aggressive activity and quota targets Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business or a related field Bonus: Prior experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or ZoomInfo is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
