Senior Financial Advisor

The ideal candidate will contribute ideas that matter and build a long-term career with a firm where leadership opportunities are expected to grow alongside the business Key Responsibilities Serve as a lead advisor for existing and newly developed client relationships Deliver coordinated financial planning, investment guidance, and ongoing advice Build trust and long-term relationships with clients and their families Participate in prospect meetings and assist in closing new business Leverage personal and firm resources to support organic growth initiatives Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality client experience Maintain compliance with all firm policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications & Experience CFP® certification required , JD, CPA, or CFA a plus. 7+ years of experience as a financial advisor or in a comparable client-facing role Existing book of business is preferred but not required Series 7 and/or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses are a plus Alignment with a client-centric, fiduciary approach to advice Ability to step into a servicing advisor role immediately Demonstrated closing skills and comfort participating in prospect conversations Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Alignment with a client-centric, fiduciary approach to advice Based in the Chicagoland area , or willing to relocate Competitive compensation package, including base salary and incentive opportunities Hybrid work capability for remote opportunities.
