Pay Rate: $14.25/hr

Available Shifts

1st Shift (Mon–Fri)

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs)

• 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

• Overtime as needed on Fridays: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We’re hiring Production Associates I to support daily manufacturing operations. This is an excellent entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates looking to build skills in production, machine operation, and quality control.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and operate basic production systems (Excel, coding machines, Lynq)

• Follow work orders and job tickets accurately

• Monitor and operate machines or process steps with supervision

• Support pack-out operations (counting, packaging)

• Identify and report basic quality issues using inspection tools

• Validate materials (yarns, labels, etc.) before production

• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment upkeep

• Follow all safety procedures and production protocols

• Cross-train within the department as needed

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, measure)

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a team environment and accept coaching

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods

• Active role requiring constant movement throughout shift

Pay Details: $14.25 per hour
