Senior Associate Scientist, High Throughput Protein Production

Responsibilities
- Operate and optimize high-throughput protein production workflows for antibody modalities
- Implement automation platforms and integrate them into seamless production workflows
- Develop and validate methods for automated protein purification
- Troubleshoot automation issues to improve efficiency and yield
- Design data management systems and document processes; analyze data for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of protein expression and purification experience
- Proficiency with high-throughput mammalian expression systems
- Hands-on experience with protein purification techniques and protocol optimization
- Strong understanding of automation principles and robotic platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Compensation: $101,000 - $126,000 base annually
