Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

Luana Morine Law Firm, PLLC is a growing immigration law firm in Clearwater seeking an experienced bilingual Immigration Paralegal to join our team. This is an in-person position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will work directly with an immigration attorney and help serve immigrant families through both USCIS and EOIR immigration court matters. Candidates outside the Clearwater/Tampa Bay area will be considered only if they are prepared to relocate within commuting distance before their start date. This is not a remote position. Minimum 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday 15 days of paid time off Paid federal holidays Opportunities for raises and professional advancement Potential growth into a senior paralegal or office-management role Meaningful work serving immigrant families What You Will Do Support the attorney with preparation, organization, and filing of immigration cases Assist with USCIS applications and petitions and EOIR immigration court matters Communicate professionally with clients in English and either Spanish or Portuguese Gather and organize client information, documents, and supporting evidence Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, task lists, and case updates Review forms and documents for accuracy and completeness Assist with other immigration-case and general office-support duties as needed Required Qualifications Professional fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Comfort using legal software and electronic filing systems Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to client service Authorization to work in the United States Ability to work on-site in Clearwater, Florida Preferred Qualifications At least one year of immigration law experience Experience with both USCIS and EOIR matters Experience with removal defense, family-based immigration, or humanitarian matters Familiarity with immigration forms, court filings, and case-management software Paralegal certificate or related education Luana Morine Law Firm, PLLC is an equal-opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
