Paralegal - Legal Billing
$22 - $25 per hourUltimate Staffing
100% On-Site | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Pay: $22 - $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
We're seeking a Spanish/English Bilingual Legal Assistant to support a busy legal team in a fast-paced, professional environment. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and have legal administrative experience, we'd love to hear from you!
Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software
Support attorneys with daily case management and administrative tasks
Handle court e-filing and ensure all documents meet filing requirements
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and arrange office events
Process conflict checks, open new matters, manage mailings, and assist with billing activities
Coordinate with court reporters and assist with special projects as needed
Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required)
Experience working in a legal office or law firm
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
