As an Administrative Processor you will provide support for your technical counterparts by ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant to the customers requests/requriements.

· Prepare and maintain service-related documentation, including service reports and calibration certificates, to support the shipment of equipment from the Roseville Service Center.

· Serve as a point of contact for order and product escalations, working closely with production technicians to resolve issues.

· Perform quality inspections of instruments and customer documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

· Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

· Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows-based systems.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, changing environment.

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Capable of lifting to 50 pounds and up.

· Flexible working overtime and adjusted schedules, including weekends, as required to support business needs.

Pay Range:

USD $53,430.00 - USD $89,050.00 Year
