The San Francisco, California and Los Angeles California offices of FBT Gibbons LLPare seeking a Labor & Employment Associate. Qualifications 3-7 years of substantive and substantial employment litigation experience Experience providing advice and counsel on employment matters Experience with wage / hour compliance and defense, non-compete, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements Experience representing employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team California licensure Compensation The salary range for this role is$205,000 to $235,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
