Account Representative

Managing assigned customer accounts, the remote Account Representative will deliver high-touch service, serve as the primary liaison for clients, and ensure efficient handling of requests while participating in monthly in-office collaboration sessions in Southern California. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring an elevated customer experience and maintaining long-term relationships Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism, anticipating client needs and providing tailored solutions Support account maintenance activities and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective execution and follow-through Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support roles Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Salesforce Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability
