Product Support Specialist I (Merchant Care) (Fully Remote)
Partner Engineering and Science
Provide responsive, reliable assistance to e-commerce retailers using payment products. Investigate and resolve complex technical, account, and configuration issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Operations to deliver solutions. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in technology, e-commerce, or SaaS support.
